★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 致電前先google 過評價及討論，所以有特地注意，接電話挺快，但是師傅回覆確實是會慢，還好已經知道會慢，所以又再次致電詢問客服，果然師傅就馬上回覆。其實也不能怪師傅慢，可能因為人手不足太忙就會比較慢吧？師傅態度挺好的，也很有耐心解釋。

Fortunately, I already know that it will be slow, so I called the customer service again, and the master responded immediately. In fact, you can’t blame the master for being slow, maybe because of lack of manpower and too busy, it will be slower, right? The master has a good attitude and patiently explains.
