原本我只是想針對有時候左側肩頸跟腰部會莫名痠痛去找他 不過為了找到根源,他一樣會全身狀況都先了解 才意識到最近常常晚睡晚起的問題也應該要調整 還有容易胃脹的問題 這些看似無關的問題,可能都環環相扣! 過程中, 非常柔和,不需要怕突然被強力喀拉喀啦的情況xD 但這些柔和的動作也因為非常細膩 讓那些被我們忽略到根本忘記怎麼使用的關節、肌肉再次回想起能嬰兒時期的身體本能! 調整過程覺得自己很像在外太空的無重力狀態 或者木頭關節人偶xD但都是很舒服的 而且過程他居然能感測到 我睡覺的時候手機可能就在頭旁邊 讓我在睡覺時也一直接收到一堆訊號 也難怪睡不好 結束之後他居然問說我最近是不是有吃魷魚 因為在調整過程中練習「呼吸」時 隱約感受到魷魚的氣息??? 那是上禮拜吃的耶 廢氣也存太久! 他建議我吐氣要吐完 不然舊空氣會一直在體內來回 也會影響體內狀況、睡眠品質 沒想到,呼吸這種事平常事,細節也能影響這麼多 最後一定要說一下 那晚回去超好睡的xDxD 而且隔天自動早起精神還很好! 頭腦也感覺輕很多 後來有再聊關於睡眠的問題 發現枕頭也很有關係 一般棉的枕頭很容易熱 頭腦脹脹的 所以後來我就在路邊買那種外面是竹編的茶葉枕 居然真的有差xD! 不過最主要會想分享也是因為 他在這專業上著墨的很細膩 甚至連喉嚨跟寵物都能調整⋯ 很多時候身體出現訊號 也很可能是脫離原本身體該有的姿勢、位置與習慣很久了 所以~想讓身體回歸本位的都可以去找他!

柔道選手出身加上整脊師的職業,工作中需要使用體力,長久以來感覺到左手的緊繃,且肩關節有一個角度有痛點,希望能解決自己的困擾,也精進自己技術能幫助到患者,所以在近十年的整脊生涯一直持續進修身心學課程,bones for life、費登奎斯方法、so-tai技巧,課程都有些幫助,不過需要重複的練習才能減緩。 經過周老師的引導才發現我的左邊肱骨是比較往下位移的,導致手臂會有一個角度會痛。經過老師的帶領之後,旋轉手臂的時候痛點消失了,老師只有輕輕地帶動四肢跟身體,但手臂好像回到舒服的位置,上完課的當下身體相當對稱,可以感覺到頸部兩邊的肌肉的平衡,走路的重心也改變了,變得更加的穩定,睡眠品質也有提升,身體也輕鬆許多,真的是很棒的經驗,至今快兩年,復發的次數只有一兩次,這一兩次痛的程度也很低,在學習身心學、肢體療法的時候也有相同的感覺,只是這次的感受更深,影響更久,現在老師搬到臺北了,推薦給臺北的朋友噢。

一開始還沒給科成老師調整我的動作和哪些肌群要練之前,投球時肩膀都會疼痛甚至是麻痺,讓我在練習和比賽都拿不出平常該有的水準,但是至從認識科成老師後,他慢慢的幫我調整投球動作,哪些肌群要用力還是不要用力,也告訴我投球的時候會用到哪些部位,做重點加強訓練,跟著老師大約4週的訓練和調整,現在已經能正常傳接球了,受傷過的地方雖然還沒完全恢復,但是比還沒認識老師之前好了很多,也沒有出現麻痺的疼痛感,真的多虧了老師的指導。 有過運動傷害的選手們可以給這位科成老師指導,雖然受傷過的地方不一定能完全痊癒,但是至少能把自己該有的水準發揮出來。
