因為家中血糖試紙有問題,到門市跟店員講說原因想要直接買新的試紙,店員了解狀況後,建議我不要直接買試紙,建議讓他們把試紙跟機器給廠商做檢查,搞不好是試紙或是機器有問題,我想說這幾天不急著使用機器就交給他們檢查 過幾天他們就通知我說業務檢查是試紙的問題,不用花錢買新試紙,直接給我一盒新的試紙 讓我覺得非常貼心,店員替我省下一筆費用,很替客人著想~ 值得推薦的好店家

門市小姐對進門的客人不但冷漠 口氣上也很不禮貌!她的工作可能只要滑手機就OK吧~

門市小姐態度冷漠,口氣也不好,報會員電話給她,居然說裡面沒有消費紀錄,資料被刪掉了,這是什麼情況啊?這麼大一間的連鎖藥局居然擅自把會員的資料刪掉,說要幫我換另外一台電腦查也沒有查,下次不可能再登門消費了。

4/11第一次到此門市要購買商品,小姐的態度非常的差,問話也不回答,又擺一副臭臉給誰看,最後離開去另一家杏一購買,再也不會去了..

Worst service ever. Definitely a zero star store. Purchased a product here but treated like a criminal. The store doesn’t care about their customers by putting someone not qualified at the checkout counter who failed to correctly complete the customer’s order. And their solution? Call the customer after 8 days of purchase and claim that the customer did not checkout properly and smuggle an item out. SINCE WHEN DID CHECKOUT BECOME A CUSTOMER’S JOB??? The store manager acknowledged their mistakes but didn’t even tried to make it right at all. Completely no respect for their customers. Will not return nor recommend anyone to the store.
