After I purchased an air conditioner from Mr. Chen Yijie at the end of May, it was unavailable for less than 7 months. I called my mobile phone or company phone via a number of dozens, but no one answered it. As a last resort, I had to ask other water and electricians to check it out, only to know that it was sold as a Sanyo outdoor unit pretending to be Hitachi air-conditioning. In addition, the outdoor unit is corroded in many places, so all the refrigerant leaks light. After learning about the situation, I called Mr. Chen Yijie again, but no one answered the phone or the company.
