只是簡單的喘息照顧 顧到跌倒髖骨骨折 所謂受人之託忠人之事 怎麼說都難辭其咎 那網站所謂的從心出發 珍惜所託 看起來相當諷刺!!
而院長呢相當不客氣 說話看似有理實則話術敷衍 收費看似合理實則名義濫收 動不動就亮出 沒辦法就請你們家屬帶回去的話語給我 完全沒有感同身受家屬的無奈 沒有同理心 要不是為了家人我才不願受這窩囊氣!!
如今已帶家人換了另一間機構 而這間老吾老機構也相當現實 有事情要再詢問 就不讀不回 完全不理你了 他們的這種服務態度 真讓人不敢恭維 比較過後真的才知道他們的差 別人的好啊!!
