★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去換機油，停門口要客人自行牽進店裡，需要經過斜坡又濕又滑，就先讓客人有困擾，店員臉很臭，如果本來就表情就那樣就算了，後來換完油卸油孔沒有簡單的擦拭清潔，胎壓也沒協助檢查，所以對於服務態度就算了，不予置評，最不能接受的是店員在「室內」抽菸，邊換機油?!我是不知道做這行業可以這樣?都不怕煙灰會跟著機油進到引擎或是弄髒客人的車??我知道店的業主或是店長你有在場啦，有沒有發生自己知道。
總結如果不想接這項生意可以拒絕，不過是不會想再去一次了

The clerk's face was very smelly. There is no simple wiping and cleaning, and the tire pressure is not assisted in checking, so I don't want to comment on the service attitude. The most unacceptable thing is that the clerk smokes "indoors" while changing the oil?! I don't know how to work in this industry. Can this be done? Are you not afraid that the soot will enter the engine with the oil or dirty the customer's car?? I know the owner or manager of the store, you are present, and you know if it happened.
In conclusion, if you don't want to accept this business, you can refuse it, but you won't want to go again.
