★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小孩第一次來這裡看診，櫃台護士們很有耐心、很客氣，診間的游醫生和護士更是親切又溫柔，有問必答，會安撫家長擔憂的心情，希望用藥對小孩會有效（還在觀察中），這樣以後固定來這裡報到就方便且放心多了??
It was the first time for a child to see a doctor here. The nurses at the counter were very patient and polite. The doctors and nurses in the consultation room were kind and gentle. (still under observation), so it will be more convenient and more reassuring to come here to report regularly in the future??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4月初我和老公到診所施打新冠疫苗，診所護理人員將我剛注射完的空針拿來打到我老公手臂上，然後就進來一個比較資深的護理人員說不好意思因為打到空的要再打一針，我還問她就這樣，她說對再打一針就可以，我提出質疑說不是有可能血液傳染某些疾病，她才叫我們等一下，才跟醫生報告，醫生很誠懇道歉，還幫我們安排抽血檢驗。讓我不解的是專業護理人員對打錯針的處理態度讓人無言，在這要提醒去看診的人一定要自己多注意，避免同樣醫療疏失發生在自己身上。
At the beginning of April, my husband and I went to the clinic to be vaccinated against the new crown. The nurses at the clinic took the empty needle I had just injected and hit my husband's arm, and then a more senior nurse came in and said I was sorry because it was empty. Another injection, I asked her to be like this, she said yes, another injection is fine, I questioned whether it is possible that some diseases could be transmitted by blood, she told us to wait a while before reporting to the doctor, the doctor is very sincere Apologies, and helped us arrange blood tests. What puzzles me is that the professional nurses' attitude towards the wrong injection is speechless. I would like to remind those who go to the doctor to pay more attention to avoid the same medical negligence from happening to themselves.
