朋友介紹的,聽說老闆娘做了40幾年咖啡了,今天剛好經過特別來光顧,果然沒有失望,買了4杯四種口味,朋友都說好喝耶,為什麼不在他們家附近開一家,就天天享受!

今天到泰山明志路找朋友時,步行剛好路過一家小小咖啡店,望過去很平實,燈光的氛圍也挺舒服的,想說朋友還沒回來,我又折回,是個中年的老闆娘 我就請她推薦,老闆娘就建議我第一次就先喝他們的招牌手工冰咖啡,我喵了一下,唷!這麼便宜35元,可是我咖啡都得加糖加奶所以是40元 接過咖啡後我就先嚐了一口,呀呀!好喝真香,接著第二口香氣會環繞整個鼻息,入口的甘醇味喉頸也很飽滿紮實 可是今天還蠻冷的,我就又點了一杯熱咖啡,老闆娘說熱咖啡得現沖要等等,過程中跟老闆娘聊了一下,原來他們的師父我是認識的,早在30年前我在西門町就喝過他們咖啡了(那時我還是學生),當時他們在西門町相當出名,生意也好的不得了,那時聽說他們師父以前是台南夢咖啡的大師 所以老闆娘原來咖啡也做了40幾年了,味道難怪這麼香醇,熱咖啡沖泡完後,老闆娘還交代手沖的熱咖啡要60-70度喝,口感會比較完整醇厚,我只好再買一杯到我朋友那再慢慢品嚐(原來我朋友也是他們的忠實顧客) 這麼好的咖啡希望他們能持續堅持下去,讓大家能享受到所謂傳統的味道咖啡!

終於又讓我看到了,好喝的咖啡,本來都在黎明大學那邊喝了5、6年,不知怎麼了就沒營業,吧檯還放在那兒,今天終於又讓我看到這邊也有一間,一樣超香超好喝,滿足!
