狗狗也在那服務至少有10次吧
今天ㄧ進去美容部 就說我家狗要洗澡
一開始就直問我 幾歲
詢問我名字電話後
很大聲的不耐煩 跟旁邊正在服務的那些狗說
「好了你們不要吵了!很煩欸」
看傻眼 這就是待客人狗的方式嗎?
一副不耐煩 不想接客人的感覺
前幾次服務都不需要簽切結書
突然這次叫我們簽切結書 有點莫名奇妙
讓人覺得她在找理由唐塞不想接
就算是因為我們家狗9歲年紀有點大了
但不管她是因為什麼........
我覺的她的服務品質 極差勁
錯在她不該在客人正在等她的時候
還不耐煩兇旁邊的狗。
身為寵物美容師 也需要有同理心、愛心
「叫客人何以安心的交給這種情緒不好的美容師」?
第一次遇到,也希望沒有下一次
很需要改進。
