很棒的服務! 因為我每天都很忙只能預約晚上7點後做燙髮。店員也讓我預約,燙髮燙了到快12點晚上才結束,感到超級不好意思的,不過店員的態度還是一樣很熱情!燙髮過程中也會一直問我會不會太燙不斷地關心,燙完了頭髮的效果也超級好看!!開心開心!我的設計師叫Andy, 給他5顆星!

幾十年來遇過最差的女性設計師(很可惜沒來得及問到是幾號設計師),從頭到尾沒有因為自己的問題負責,沒有一句道歉,而不停在指責客人、跟客人辯。指責完最後還加一句,「如果有問題再過來找我們」,也是大開眼界了。 洗髮時因為受不了設計師強迫聊天,表明想要休息,設計師卻說那是要跟我溝通髮型,強迫聊天不是她的問題。完全沒有覺得自己打擾到別人。 總共兩個多小時,設計師除了燙髮之外,跟我講話沒有停過。從頭到尾不讓顧客休息,強迫客人要跟你聊天,還把聊天美化成是「溝通髮型」。溝通可以,但你在我耳朵旁自言自語兩個多小時,這是我30年來第一次遇到把這樣的行為叫「溝通」的。 你問我哪裡要調整,我真的跟你溝通髮型,你又怪說是客人的問題。我說「這個地方有點不平均可調整嗎?」設計師居然反過來質問我:「哦妳知道為什麼嗎?」十分傻眼。 還繼續說「哦如果你要剪平就會凹一個洞喔!」結果事實證明剪平之後,頭髮也沒有凹一個洞,明明自己技術不佳,不知道設計師在威脅客人什麼。 除此之外設計師問了超過三次「所以你是跟別人約什麼時間?」我已經在第一次回答,跟別人約的時間可以調整,方便繼續剪燙髮沒有問題。但設計師不死心一直問,還問我是約中午嗎?跟人約在台北還是附近? 所以個人的隱私一定要透露給你? 最後剪髮我跟設計師溝通,說左右兩邊長度不同,希望平均一些。設計師硬只抓出前面一小撮頭髮比對說:「你看我都有幫你檢查啊,它們是一樣長的。」結果事實證明兩邊的確不平均,一邊長一邊短,我現在還要自己修剪才能平均。(以下提供照片為證,圈起來的部分是設計師剪完不平均的樣子,以及我自己剪了頭髮後才變得比較平均。順便提供自己剪下來的頭髮證明。剪下來這麼多頭髮才平均,設計師卻硬要說本來就是平均的。) 曼都是個有品牌的美髮老店,不清楚為何會請這樣的設計師砸自己招牌。各行各業都有辛苦之處,但若是把責任都推給顧客,說都是客人自己的問題,真的讓人吃不消。 幾乎沒有給過一顆星負評,第一次就給這位設計師了。

The designer actually asked me in turn, "Oh, do you know why?" I was dumbfounded. I continued to say, "Oh, if you want to cut it flat, it will make a hole!" It turns out that after cutting it flat, there is no hole in the hair. It is clear that my technique is not good and I don't know what the designer is threatening the customer. In addition, the designer asked more than three times, "So what time do you make an appointment with someone?" I have already answered for the first time. The appointment time with someone can be adjusted so that you can continue to cut your perm without any problems. But the designer kept asking without giving up, asking me whether it was about noon? Are you dating someone in Taipei or nearby? So personal privacy must be revealed to you? In the end, I communicated with the designer for the haircut, saying that the left and right sides have different lengths, and I hope they will be more average. The designer just grabbed a handful of hairs in front of them and said, "You see, I have checked them for you, they are the same length." It turns out that the two sides are indeed not even, and one side is long and the other is short. I still need it. Prune yourself to average. (The photos are provided below as proof. The circled part is the unevenness of the designer's cut, and the hair became more even after I cut it myself. By the way, I provide proof of my hair cut. I cut so much hair that it is average , The designer insists that it is average.) Man is an old hairdressing shop with a brand, and it is not clear why he would ask such a designer to smash his own brand. There are hardships in all walks of life, but if you put the responsibility on the customer, it is really overwhelming to say that it is the customer's own problem. Almost never gave a star negative review, the first time I gave this designer.
