★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以給負顆星嗎？？今天早上去看醫生，忘了帶健保卡要收押金。下午拿健保卡要退押金，“資深”護士還是藥師還是櫃檯小姐（其實也不重要），詢問完來意，知道是要退押金，馬上接我們後面要來的人（賺錢比較重要，退錢給妳等一下）。
我說“我們先來的”
她當做沒聽到
我再說一次“我們先來的”
她回:我先處理她，讓她先排看醫生（重點沒有人在排隊），再處理妳的。
有事嗎？就算過卡了 妳們這邊也是要等的，又不是馬上看。
真的很有事耶！？如果今天是妳這位資深小姐在外人家這樣對妳，妳會有什麼感受呀？
