不愉快的感覺 門口放牌子要求實名制 在門口填寫完資料進去給櫃員看之後要求我再重新掃描填寫 辦理繳費 櫃員講話超級小聲,我還要貼近詢問才聽得清楚 雖然我戴安全帽,但之前在其他門市都沒有這種問題 繳費結束之後我已經起身要走又被櫃員叫住 還要回到櫃台貼近他聽他說【這樣就可以了喔】 不懂是個案還是員工訓練有問題 下次盡可能不去這家找氣受

非常不愉快的經驗。 因手機出問題,官方提供方式是說到台灣大哥大門市送修,到門市後有跟店員說明自己的手機問題、並在每一次都有明確說明是在哪裡購買、如何取得。 第一個店員說可以送修,但建議我手機因為沒有保固看要不要找外面維修的店面,我去外頭詢問後因該手機出產的資源較少,怕一拆機恐怕就報廢而又回頭建議我還是送原廠。 於是又去了第二次,由第二個店員接待,店員在填單過程告訴我因充電部分有問題,我必須提供官方充電器及充電線,所以又得回家去拿。 最後一次,把整個原廠配備、盒子都帶上,由店長接待,卻告訴我「因為這支手機是海外版本的,所以我們沒辦法幫你送修。」 前前後後共去了台哥大三次,結果事情完全沒有得到任何解決方式,因為沒有駕照所以每次都是步行,走了超過一個小時多的路,在最後一次東西備好之後才告訴我「無法送修」,服務人員的能力真真真有待加強。

店員邊聽藍芽還替我服務,連續問了我兩次姓名,還問我住在那裡,還要我拿出身份証,我只是繳費,別地方台哥大也沒這樣,果然是傳説中的爛店啊
