態度有夠差，好聲好氣詢問機車保養事宜，
不耐煩也就算了，最後還爆氣兇人？
前面我先是一兩句的詢問大保養大約多少錢，我要拿現金過去，他就態度很差的問說車型是什麼，我說是台鈴，他還嗤之以鼻的冷笑，這時就已經非常不舒服了。
我：「不好意思，想詢問一下我的車拿去大保養後，你們會有機車可以借我代步嗎？」
客服：「還要代步車(極度不耐煩)？她問有沒有車啦，這個女客人啦，有啦有啦」
我：「喔，那請問一下，保養過程大約多久呢？」
客服：「後?你到底什麼時候要車啦？你什麼時候要取車啦？」
我：「呃，我沒有急著要取車呀，我只是問一下大概何時可以取車，這樣我才能大概抓時間回來還車，我之後還有事情要辦，怕讓你們等太久」
客服：「用好就會打電話給你啦，這麼囉嗦幹嘛啦」(直接掛掉電話)
整個傻眼到極致????
之前有給師父換過機油，師父也是很細心的幫我檢查，甚至還先提醒我前輪可能差不多要換胎了，因此對他們印象不錯，特地要從林口騎車下去給他們保養，才會事先詢問是否有車可以代步+時間大約多久。
從林口下來大約也要30分左右，才會想要事先知道大概的時間，我也一直都很有禮貌，真的不懂客服到底為什麼要這麼爆氣而且態度超差？這輩子再也不會光顧了！！！

Customer service: "When you use it, you will call you, why are you doing this?" (call up directly)

I had changed the oil to Master before, and Master also carefully checked for me. I even reminded me that the front wheel might change tires almost, so I was very impressed with them. I have to take a ride from Linkou to give them care. Is there a car that can travel and how long it takes.
It takes about 30 minutes from the mouth of the forest. I want to know the approximate time in advance. I have always been very polite. I really don’t understand why the customer service is so explosive and the attitude is too bad. This life will never be patronized again! ! !
