1. 業務提供樣品試用，日後下單業務卻反過來問要出貨什麼型號，但是樣品型號當初業務就沒提供。
2. 因原物料調漲，業務口頭告知可以另款材質替代並保持原價提供，同意後下單隔天卻通知要重新報價，而價差達18%之多。
