貝	貝貝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在疫情嚴重期間預約兒童牙醫，即使出門有風險，但因終於等到預約日期，還是帶著孩子全副防護的前往診所，也因為準備時間晚了近10分鐘到達，催促電話中請醫生稍等一下，結果終於到了診所，我們等了將近半個小時後，才被櫃檯告知醫生已經提前在看下一位比我們晚到的患者，而這位患者今日已經安排治療需要較長時間，要我們下次再來！我們好不容易冒著風險出門，竟因遲到被罰坐半個小時，然後被告知今天不看了要我們回家，所以醫生的時間是時間，我們的不是？怎麼這樣安排的櫃檯也不敢明說！只能一直向我們道歉，還要別的醫生幫忙看。遲到是我們理虧，但也領教這位醫生的耐心了！再不考慮也不會推薦。 *謝謝回覆，很高興你們重視這個問題，畢竟當下感覺真的很差。但是在現場我已經立刻表達意見，說明疫情期間出門不容易，很抱歉沒有準時到達，但是好不容易安排兒童牙醫，小孩的牙齒問題也不應該如此輕忽延宕，後來櫃檯安排了一位男醫師，一位女醫師（矯正）協助幫忙小孩檢查牙齒，櫃檯兩位女助理也一直向我道歉，現場這麼多人見證，請問怎麼會調查不出來？放心我為我的言論負責，以上絕無欺騙，但是檢討是你們內部應該付起的責任，謝謝。
