唯獨燕玲去的機械式停車場，真的呢⋯⋯
我給他取一個封號叫做「雞屑式」，為什麼勒三不五時就故障上次去把車開出來那個鐵門還卡在5分之一的地方打不開請那個維修人員來等了一個多小時，真的快吐血....這麼差勁的停車場啊應該麻煩存起來退所有買方加買車庫的人1,100,000才對！真的對那個停車場極度不爽?

明志路3段正在蓋一棟新建案，2房3房部分開價43-46,當場放棄再置產的念頭。
當初買這社區3*多，以為買貴了，現在是慶幸當初有買。

A new building is being built on the 3rd section of Mingzhi Road. The price of the two-bedroom and three-bedroom part is 43-46, and the idea of repurchasing is given up on the spot.
I bought this community for more than 3*. I thought it was expensive, but now I am fortunate to have bought it.
