★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能因為林口風大的關係，這家薑母鴨是室內的，但環境很舒服呢！當天被排在二樓，至少有五桌以上的客人，但是只有一位服務人員，要送菜、點菜、加湯的，有小小等待了一下，但阿姨的服務還是很親切。除了薑母鴨外還有其他的鍋類可以選擇，覺得味道很推。比霸味貴了一些就是，因為開發票還有加0.5成的服務費。
 Maybe because of the strong wind in Linkou, this ginger duck is indoors, but the environment is very comfortable! I was queued on the second floor that day, and there were at least five tables of guests, but there was only one service staff, who wanted to deliver, order, and add soup. There was a small wait, but the aunt's service was still very kind. In addition to ginger duck, there are other pots to choose from, and I think the taste is very pushy. It is a little more expensive than Bawei, because there is a service fee of 0.5% added to the invoice.

湯頭真的很讚，
立冬補冬，補嘴空，
吃完這個冬天應該不怕冷了，哈哈。
雖然人多忙碌難免有放錯料，
但反應後都獲得很友善處理，
東西新鮮好吃，服務也很讚唷！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 內用外帶均可，薑母鴨（雞）湯頭濃郁越煮越甜，有酒/無酒可以選擇。菜單品項CP值很高，冬天裡的超值餐廳好選擇。餐廳附近都有很多路邊收費停車格（18：00後不收費）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this is a chain, but for some reason this particular store is better than the others. The ginger duck hot pot with alcohol is soooo good! Just the right amount of alcohol in the soup once it boils for a while. Tastes sweet, spicy from the ginger and lots of umami. The ingredient quality is better than average, the corn is very sweet. Highly recommend. Good for big groups.
