★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長接案一條龍, 現場評估/選色建議/負責監工等都是一流, 雖然步調很快, 但只要有誠意買, 放心給她做, 品牌價值與專業還是值得投資的.
唯一建議: 期待Shutter 原廠訂的設計規格能有更多的尺寸差異化設計選擇, 畢竟家庭使用審美觀與辦公室不太一樣, 建商蓋好的窗格限制也不是屋主一開始就能知道的資訊, 也許Shutter安裝後的設計意見回饋蒐集, 才是促進產品吸引更多人願意使用的根本.
The store manager accepts the case through one-stop, on-site evaluation/color selection advice/responsible supervision, etc. are all first-class, although the pace is fast, but as long as you are sincere to buy, you can rest assured to do it for her, brand value and professionalism are still worth investing in.
The only suggestion: I hope that the original design specifications of Shutter can have more size-differentiated design options. After all, the aesthetics of home use is different from that of the office, and the restrictions on the panes built by the builder are not known by the homeowner from the beginning. The information, perhaps the collection of feedback on the design of Shutter after installation, is the basis for promoting the product to attract more people willing to use it.

第一次打電話到貴店時，業務安排時間來家裡丈量尺寸，後來請我們之後回櫃上挑選喜歡的款式。
1.店裡雖然有兩位服務人員卻都沒有相當的專業能夠回答我們的問題。
2.我們挑選完畢之後說要請正在放長假的店長回來上班後安排幫我們安裝，卻完全了無音訊。
以上已經是四個月前的事了！

隔天再去電時由另一位店員接聽，聽到在龜山又說無法前往丈量。
當下覺得超傻眼！才過了一天怎麼就變無法服務了？後來就找別的商家做了。
The first time I called the store, it was stated in advance that the location was Guishan District, and the clerk replied to confirm the measurable time and date before calling.
When I called again the next day, another clerk answered and heard from Guishan that I could not go to the survey again.
I feel so dumbfounded right now! Why did it become unserviceable after only a day? Later I found other businesses to do it.
