★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家中國信託是我去過的其中一家服務態度跟辦事能力最差的一家，不知道這家的主管是不是都沒有在管事？另外對去辦事的客戶都好像秤斤論兩看是去辦什麼項目才決定用什麼態度接待客戶這樣的做事態度真的很差勁，這樣的情況已經跟他們反應很多次請他們改善但是一直以來都沒有任何的改變，希望中國信託的高層長官可以正視林口區中正路上這家分行的辦事能力與效率好好評估與改進，不要耽誤客戶的時間。

I'm a foreign student who wants to open their bank account, I have been waiting in line for 2 hours and the result is that I can't open an account, the first time I came the security guard warned me that not all foreign students can open this bank. supposedly as one of the famous bank in taiwan, their procedure should be better than this. I even filled out the bank account opening form and at the final stage they just checked the required documents needed to open an account! sounds strange, doesn't it, you can already fill out the form but at the end it can't be processed because it doesn't meet the requirements!
