事前預約好了，當天準時到場，被告知說他們新來的業務不熟悉流程⋯⋯ooxxxxoo什麼的，今天他們全體參加會議，無法帶看。
我們專程花時間來一趟，如果無法帶看，是否可以先電話聯絡？難道今天安排的行程都不用再確認一次嗎？
雖然有道歉，但都為時已晚，時間已經浪費了。
這樣的服務很不細心仔細，讓人生氣
I don't want to give a star.
I made an appointment in advance and arrived on time that day. I was told that their new business was not familiar with the process...ooxxxxoo or something. They all attended the meeting today and couldn't take it to watch.
We made a special trip to come here. If we can’t bring it to see, can we call first? Doesn’t the itinerary scheduled for today need to be reconfirmed?
Although there was an apology, it was too late and time was wasted.
This kind of service is very careless and makes people angry
