每一道菜都精緻美味,從前菜到甜點都無冷場,無菜單料理全權交給師傅表現,吃得飽飽卻又感覺沒什麼身體負擔。師傅每道菜都會講解以及建議食用方法。雖然在離交流道比較遙遠的林口區域,但是絕對值得你來拜訪,擁有一趟日本美食之旅。
Every dish is exquisite and delicious. There is no cold scene from appetizers to desserts. No menu dishes are fully handed over to the chef. The chef will explain and suggest how to eat each dish. Although it is in the Linkou area, which is far from the interchange, it is definitely worth your visit and have a Japanese food tour.

師傅張老闆年青專注,匠人精神用愛入料一期一會,精緻用心樸實不奢,應予勉勵褒獎,但以$2500套餐評比,高檔鐵板燒能吃到藍帶龍蝦,一片A5和牛,お握り七片所配魚類應求珍稀築地級鮮魚蝦以顯區隔獨特性,食材可用心突破,感覺上是貪便利由supplier送貨到府,成本無法自控,有可自購特殊時鮮降低成本提高利潤空間,銀座的寿司屋賣的再貴也有人排隊,主要是chef都凌晨到築地親選食材故,永續經營不容易,人家成功定有原因,失敗無藉口,如果最新鮮的海產竟只是一片罐頭沙丁與一片薄鹽烤本港白帶魚,食者不禁要問,Does it worth NT$2,500? Are you kidding me?

吃到幾道算是新穎的菜色~ 有感受到師傅的用心,可惜當天開車沒辦法配酒喝。感覺師傅對清酒蠻有研究的~
A few dishes are novel dishes~ I can feel the master's intentions, but unfortunately I can't drink wine with the car that day. I feel that the master has a lot of research on sake~

Nice Omakase with warm hospitality ☺️ Serving fresh & quality seafood at the ideal temperature. Maybe It would be a good idea to round up the perfect meal with another type of desserts instead of homemade ice-cream. :)
