★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住戶素質真的如四個月前有人留的「素質過低」⋯⋯有那種整天在家的住戶（非疫情開始警戒前）不斷發出噪音，貌似在住宅區的大樓從事「發出噪音」的「工作」！或是失業在家，他家的家具、物品可能非常廉價都是他拿來摔的便宜貨⋯⋯重點：這裡管委會只會收「保護費」卻不處理這種人渣喔
