★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境相當安靜適合住家，雖然地理位置處於文一後段；且目前林口公車接駁繞行市區的困擾。但隨著林口運動中心完工+A9轉運站建設已經啟動，相信這裡會是林口還未被發覺的一顆珍珠地區！
 The environment is quite quiet and suitable for home, although the geographical location is in the back of Wenyi; and the current Linkou bus connection around the urban area. However, with the completion of the Linkou Sports Center + A9 transfer station construction, I believe this place will be a pearl area that has not been discovered in Linkou!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下室機車位依規定為共有，但老住戶會請管理室通知新住戶不要停他們喜歡的車位。雖然規定不是如此但說是一種默契，感覺新住戶較沒有權益。
The basement parking spaces are shared according to regulations, but old residents will ask the management office to inform new residents not to park their favorite parking spaces. Although the regulations are not so, it is said to be a tacit agreement, and it feels that new residents have less rights.
