點麻醬麵夠香,肉絲湯竟然會有榨菜的酸甜味(厲害),小菜一定要點下去,豬肉沒什麼腥味,有處理過。 下次要來吃炒麵或米粉,另外再來試試越南的餐點。

地址錯誤……一直在竹林路上繞來繞去,本想直接放棄,剛好天空不作美,躲進一間麵店屋簷……哈,這不是我一直在找的炒麵店嗎? 實際地址是…… 《林口區林口路226號》 既然無心找到,自然要大快朵頤一番…… 海鮮炒麵,110元……麵體是細油麵,海鮮的部分《如圖》……只有2隻大白蝦和半隻小卷左右綜合少許肉絲。如果以老闆娘《應該是越南老闆娘》的手藝而言,這炒麵真的炒得很有臺灣古早味,只是黑胡椒粉灑得太豪邁;如果以110元的價位,其實這炒麵的份量確實會令人感到物超所值高CP;無奈海鮮的種類和份量就有點差強人意了,如果海鮮不多倒是可以將配料增加,如紅蘿蔔絲,木耳絲,筍子絲……等,麵量也可稍減,這樣是不是更符合臺灣人對炒麵的期待呢? 另外就是眾評論提到的松阪豬和其他小菜……其實老闆娘的小菜均非滷味,而是川燙,倒是看到有喜愛的豬尾巴,雖是川燙,但是老闆娘已經先行處理到軟嫩Q彈,很推薦!松阪豬就留待下次再度光臨享用囉! 整體而言,老闆娘炒功屬專業,小菜料理清淡卻不失原味,店內還有越南料理《碳烤法式麵包和越南春捲》,可以期待下一次的光顧!
