★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 林口最早完工的大型住宅社區之一，多種公設如卡拉OK都可以使用，中庭植栽頗見用心，管理門禁都很可以，地下停車場車位寬敞，住戶程度蠻高。可惜想晉身新住戶的機會不多！
One of the first large-scale residential communities completed in Linkou. Various public facilities such as karaoke can be used. The atrium is planted with care, and the access control can be managed. The underground parking lot has spacious parking spaces and the level of residents is quite high. It's a pity that there are not many opportunities to become a new tenant!
