★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石板路的石板雖然鋪的不錯，但選用的石板凹凸太大，很難走，有下雨潮濕的話非常滑，走幾分鐘腳就滑了好多次，老人小孩請小心。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 步道路況完善，路徑都是以石板整齊鋪排，太平嶺端入口設有公廁供使用，沿途皆有林蔭可近眺海岸與台北港入口船隻進出，步道右側即是八里垃圾處理場，平日來此人極少，是散步運動的好去處！步道旁之車道路線遮蔭較少且靠高點處較陡，建議走原有石板並有路標標示路線較好走舒服！
The trails are in perfect condition. The trails are neatly paved with stone slabs. There are public toilets at the entrance of Taipingling Mountain. There are trees along the way to overlook the coast and the entrance of Taipei Port. Boats come and go. On the right side of the trail is the Bali garbage disposal site. There are very few people, it is a good place to take a walk! The lanes next to the trail are less shaded and steeper at high points. It is recommended to take the original stone slabs and the route marked with road signs for better comfort!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是4/4下午2時從南灣頭往上爬，入口處有廁所，一路石階好走，到林口端也有廁所，來回約1小時，沿途有樹陰，健行的人不太多?。
I climbed up from Nanwantou at 2 pm on 4/4. There is a toilet at the entrance. The stone steps are easy to walk all the way. There is also a toilet at Linkou. It takes about 1 hour to go back and forth.
