I went to see the house with my friends. The attitude of the staff was very poor. I didn't wear uniforms and were not professional. There were a lot of problems in the house. It was much different from the photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 謝小姐非常不專業， 帶看房子的時候沒有穿制服也沒有給名片， 提出的要求請他跟房東溝通沒有一樣他能幫忙處理的 然後就說房子很多人在看趕快下斡旋金， 說要跟簽約，簽好合約書只給看一頁， 付完錢之後態度都不好 馬桶壞掉問他修好了沒他說處理中還沒處理好但一直催促 簽約 過程 也沒有留他的手機只有互相加LINE， 溝通全部都是用打字也不打電話 最後決定要放棄這個房子的時候竟然恐嚇說不是講話比較大聲的人就贏了
LINE的對話全部都已經截圖保留 我覺得他非常非常的不專業 態度也很惡劣

She asked him to communicate with the landlord if there was nothing he could help with. Then she said that many people in the house were looking at the house, hurry up and make a mediation. Signing a contract, only show one page after signing the contract. After paying the money, the attitude is not good. I asked him if the toilet was broken or not. LINE, all communication was done by typing and not calling. When I finally decided to give up the house, I even threatened to say that the loudest speaker would win.
All of LINE's conversations have been screened and reserved. I think he is very, very unprofessional and has a very bad attitude.
