飯店式管理，分有一期跟二期管委會。
有電影院、KTV 卡拉OK、游泳池、健身房、三温暖、烤箱、温泉、SPA 沖水池....任何想得到的、想不到的設施應有都有。
社區正門就是未來城公車站。
旁邊就是林口三井。
林口區最優質（平價、地段最優的前段）的退休宅。
