★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在林口三井旁邊一家評價不錯的店,從外頭看只有一桌客人,讓我進門時有點猶豫。看了菜單原來不便宜,客人少應該是這個緣故。接著按照「牛肉麵評比計畫」,很公平的照樣點了豬頭皮跟紅燒牛肉麵,麵條也選細麵(看牆上照片叫拉麵)。小菜豬頭皮偏甜油,不好不壞。牛肉麵湯頭好吃,不過比較沒有記憶點,就是調味恰當好吃,但又不是很特別的那種。肉片是薄型的四片腱肉,份量剛好,不會覺得少。麵條剛吃覺得很普通,吃到中後段浸足湯汁就變好吃了。老闆感覺不太熱心和氣,應該是老店的緣故。總結大約是不錯吃的4分整,吃了一定不會踩雷,但也沒必要特地跑來吃就是了。

店面雖然不大,但是清潔明亮,門口還放著兩個空氣清淨機,讓用餐者覺得安心。
老闆、老闆娘客氣親切、用心經營、手藝很妙!餐點衛生又美味。
清燉和紅燒的牛肉湯頭各有各的美好滋味,牛肉軟硬度適中、不乾柴而有口感,其他的麵食和水餃也都好吃。

創於民國68年1979年,當時位於台北市信義路三段56巷眷村的路口(現在的大安森林公園),早期創史店還是一間沒有招牌牛肉麵店,每到用餐間就大排長龍,就為這一碗獨特口味的牛肉麵,就連當時的知名藝人孫越及大官們也是常客。傳到現在已經是第三代了,老闆在湯頭上為了現代人的飲食習慣做了小小的改變,把以前重油重口味的湯頭改變成清爽不油膩的湯頭,但依然堅持保留了老一輩的傳統手藝,把牛油和多種中藥一起熬煮製成了特製的牛油,給想吃重口味的饕客們添加,讓現在人還能吃的到當時濃郁的眷村口味,懷念兒時的回憶!
