從頭到尾講話都沒有「請、謝謝」等基本禮貌，講話都是用命令式的，「證件看一下」「簽名」「收據要嗎」
我跟你很熟嗎？可以對顧客講話這樣嗎？跟隔壁巷子的711店員態度差超級多，難怪每次到這間萊爾富取貨都沒客人，請好好教育該名員工講話有禮貌一點！！

好幾次寄包裹，機台沒放塑膠套，她都在櫃檯才拿給我然後叫我自己貼
有一次我在等她給我塑膠套，她說：這樣就好啦！我說：不是要自己貼嗎？她拿出塑膠套丟給我然後說：要貼你就自己貼啊
