★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service over the phone from receptionist and horrible attitude. I was just trying to make an appointment. Asked for an English speaking doctor and she said they all speak English or how else would they get by. Told her was just confirming bc my Mandarin is not so good. She asked for birthday. Gave her years in Christian Years, and she said, I need them in Taiwanese Years bc how is she supposed to calculate the years. Told her, her she had horrible attitude and hung up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They offer very good service. Especially who cannot speak chinese the doctor can speak english and will explain all in english dont worry. And the staff too can explain in english. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. Because i've different minus in my eyes so the doctor really give the best treatment so i can still comfortable to wear glasses
