如果豆腐能單獨鹽水煮裂吸收湯汁更好了，使用的豆腐應該也是微發酵或是一般豆腐，缺臭豆腐味
另外想問照片上的牛肚等其他料要怎麼點呢，還會再次光顧

真心希望可以改進，如果鹹度調整成一般鹹度生意一定會很好?而且老闆也可以省鹽巴錢?
