因為社區推薦所以選擇宏達,但是 1. 年繳網速 100m 方案,實測網速慢到不行(40mbps下載/10mbps上傳) 2. 經常斷線需要重開分享器 打電話至客服反應,他回答說是他們在設定網路提供的分享器比較差的問題(那幹嘛賣這款給我??) 最近退租,在三週內打電話去三次 第一通 客服說會計不在,等會計上班時會算退租金額再聯繫我,結果完全沒回電。 第二通 客服算了退租金額給我之後說會幫我送急件處理,之後會回電給我通知我去公司直接取退款,結果當然還是又沒有後續。 第三通 繼上一通電話毫無後續後隔了五天,客服說會幫我算退租金額再回電,簡直鬼打牆,上次已經算給我了啊啊啊 結論: 網速慢 客服慢 而且賣自己都說品質差的分享器 不推薦

還好只跟貴公司簽約一年,原本簽約的時候貴公司有收取1500押金,但後面到期了不想續租跟貴公司講到押金的部分,貴公司竟然說沒收取押金,好險當初有把單子翻拍留下,結果貴公司也是拖超久才匯款,最後1500的押金只變成1470,真的讓人不解貴公司真的有窮到連押金這點小錢都要跟客戶貪嗎?好險這是第一次跟貴公司簽約,但也是最後一次,如果有打算簽約宏達的用戶,看到這篇一定要三思
