★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 會計師很專業，服務很好，但是對應我們的助理窗口......有很大的進步空間。委託期間溝通不良，資訊總要來回好幾次才能給全；連事務所改名也未曾通知；委託記帳的公司辦理暫停一年後想要再委託辦理結束，留訊息不讀(表示案子結束後就不會再理)，打電話去詢問卻態度不耐煩，電話接起開口第一句是不耐的「怎樣！」在敘述需求時接著也連問了幾次「怎樣？」....讓人不敢恭維！！
但是會計師本人是真的很好！也很專業！

During the entrustment period, the communication was poor, and the information always had to go back and forth several times to give the full information; even the office was renamed without notice; the entrusted accounting company wanted to end the entrustment process after a one-year suspension, and leave the message unread (it means that the case will not be read after the case is over. I'll deal with it again), I called to ask but I was impatient. The first sentence of the phone was impatient, "How!" When narrating the needs, I also asked "How?" several times... Can't flatter me! !
But the accountant himself is really good! Also very professional!
