醫生親切,某位復健師非常不尊重病人,櫃檯人員讓人不敢恭維 ,對掛號病人總是大呼小叫,又很沒耐心,最基本的尊重都沒有,很過份,令人覺得職前訓練非常不夠 .

物理治療師跟櫃檯人員相當親切友善 但醫生的態度令人不敢恭維 關節不舒服就診,先請病人自述狀況,我說了之前去骨科照x光的結果以及醫生的說法,包含先天疾病的影響。 醫生都一臉懷疑、不相信,聽我講完我的狀況後說「真的是這樣嗎?這很少見欸」,試問你沒聽過就代表沒有?那為何不親自檢查跟確認?從頭到尾坐著只動口,也沒有看我的任何關節狀況或走路狀況,不知醫生您的判斷依據為何? 然後說「半年前你來時已經跟你說過了不是關節問題是腰的問題,你就不相信。」 首先,上次去看不舒服的位置和這次根本不同,試問病人應該自己要知道不同位置但是同樣問題? 我澄清我說的都是轉述之前骨科檢查結果不是我自己認為的,您說:「醫生說的你就全都相信喔?你會轉述不就代表你相信嗎?」意思是醫生的話我都需要懷疑然後再自己查證?相信醫生說的話錯了嗎?為什麼我要被指責? 那是不是也意味著您的話我也不能相信? 跟病人說:「如果哪裡痛就表示哪裡有問題的話,幹嘛還需要醫生,你去問菜市場阿姨就好了啊!但你只相信其他醫生的話我也是尊重啦。」 一開始就是您沒有要親自觀察跟判斷病人的狀況,請病人自述,接下來開始懷疑,然後再說,那你不相信我說的就算了。這種自己說的話被挑戰了就惱羞、撒手不管的態度,真的令人難以理解。 本來沒有想要在評論裡說這麼多,但找不到貴單位的任何聯絡資訊可以回饋這次看診心裡的不舒服。 我不懷疑醫生的專業程度及能力,但態度部分真的需要做好被醫生懷疑跟譴責的心理準備再去。

櫃台小姐態度有夠差,兩位都很差,尤其是髮色較淺的那位!(兩位都是長微捲髮)明明我全程保持禮貌她還是一臉不爽,很莫名其妙!
