★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 給號重疊，等了一個多小時，好不容易到號卻不能進去，醫生（院長）不認錯，還頻頻還口強勢逼人，等那麼久還要受氣！不會再去！根本不是在醫治而是在貶低人讓自己取得優越感！笑笑的話裡藏刀！
The number overlapped, and I waited for more than an hour, but finally got the number but couldn't get in. The doctor (the dean) didn't admit his mistake, and frequently said that he was aggressive. 只顧自己有沒有傳達醫生要講的內容，沒有顧及這件事對病患到底有沒有實質幫助
精神科跟諮商不同
因此不會針對心情的部分做關懷我理解
但如果醫生會針對「上次用藥沒有完全連續」而怪罪到病人，並且不願意多給幾天藥的邏輯我就不明白了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我覺得裡面一個男醫生看診超慢，大家都乾脆退掛，連拿藥也要看診，有些是進去跟醫生確認藥物就直接拿藥出來了，一個醫生拖這麼久，閒到藥師跟櫃檯聊天 一堆客人再等，男櫃檯態度超差，老人問他事情他說跟他講沒用啊！如果不喜歡這份工作可以不要做啊！態度差的要命，這個制度請改進，這個櫃台人員真的態度超級差，傻眼…….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境很優美放鬆，場景佈置與音樂選擇也很舒適。
櫃台先生蠻有耐心，櫃台是第一線總是會遇到很多問題，但也都能蠻好的回應，聲線、態度也都很穩定，真的很厲害。
藥師因為在藥局裡面包藥，倒是沒有太多接觸，不過給藥時都會提醒用藥須知，也蠻好的。
當然看診李醫師也真的很讚，心理支持與用藥調整等等都真的對我很有幫助，謝謝診所人員。

Because the pharmacist is in the pharmacy, there is not much contact with them, but they will remind the medication instructions when administering, which is also quite good.
Of course, seeing Dr. Li is also really good. The psychological support and medication adjustment are really helpful to me. Thank you to the clinic staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朱院長讓憂鬱的患者感到很溫暖及李醫師專業且讓人感到安定，謝謝櫃台的先生在電話中協助給予提供別的方式讓掛不到初診焦慮的媽媽 ，幫助小孩後續順利的看診且治療
雖然其他人評價櫃檯先生態度不佳，但我卻感覺到他內心是溫暖的人！
希望大家也能體恤診所醫護人員
Dean Zhu made the depressed patients feel very warm and Dr. Li was professional and made people feel stable. Thank you to the gentleman at the counter for his assistance on the phone and providing other ways to help the anxious mother who could not get the first consultation, and help the child to see and treat smoothly in the follow-up.
Although other people commented that Mr. Counter has a bad attitude, but I feel that he is a warm person at heart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it weren’t for Dr. Yu & Dr. Zhu I’d rate them 2 stars. The receptionist & pharmacist there are careless, rude, and impatient, especially for a psychiatric clinic. But both psychiatrists I've seen are great, and genuine.
They don't take bookings over the phone, suggest you go at their opening time if you don't want to wait in a crowded waiting room. Overall, I’d still recommend the clinic, just ignore the receptionist and pharmacist when checking in and picking up the meds.
