吃得出鴨肉大火翻炒的鑊氣跟鮮甜,口味跟龍門鴨肉羹滿接近,辣椒粉跟烏醋加進去之後反而覺得沒有一開始鮮甜,不知是否加太多?。碗粿還可以,有油蔥酥、肉燥、大塊瘦肉跟蛋黃,吃到一塊瘦肉不太新鮮,還有有部分米漿味也是。
