★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蘆洲在地人主推的一家炸雞攤販，店家雖然是屬於夜市攤販，但是老闆娘看似非常愛護攤位，所以十分乾淨，炸物一次集體出鍋非常壯觀。
這家選用的裹漿料是屬於比較細膩的漿料，因此炸出來的炸雞非常的完整，有點類似派克雞排的感覺，而且炸起來的外殼非常的脆硬，老實說十分合我喜歡動嘴的胃口，但有人可能會稍嫌太難啃破，就見仁見智了。
口味十分多汁，雞翅跟雞腿排都十分令人讚賞! 即便放到隔天再加熱，也還是能享受到炸雞的美味。
調味: 最後建議大家加辣可以酌加，我吃中大辣選擇微辣，其實就有滿足到中辣的胃口了

Seasoning: Finally, I suggest that you can add spiciness as much as you want. I choose mild spicy for medium and large spicy. In fact, I am satisfied with the appetite for medium spicy.

但大致上都還沒錯。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少看到路邊攤這麼乾淨的，老闆娘隨時都在保持整潔啊！炸雞本身多汁皮又脆，雖然單價不算便宜但值得排隊等待！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 逛街經過覺得味道很香，買了兩隻雞翅跟三個腿排，雞翅還是剛炸好出爐的。滿心期待一口咬下，真的驚呆了。爆幹難吃，兩個部位都又乾又柴，吃起來不像正常的雞肉。自認很不挑食也算節儉，但這個東西我無法當成食物，吃不下去直接丟掉。這是我吃過最難吃的炸雞。
