建議醫生重視病人說的病徵，對症處理。建議噴藥前告知可能會痛，表示不要動，避免造成噴藥問題。
結果後來去別間醫院看耳內視鏡，確實真的有病狀，聖哲診所的醫生也太有趣，病人說的病徵都不算，他看的才算。
護士訓練得很完美，每個都漂亮可愛又親切，用藥指示很有耐心講解。感謝優秀、溫柔的護士。

觀感都很不尊重人，因感冒去看診過程醫生診斷我聽力有問題，詢問是否開轉診單建議我到醫院做檢查，去一趟醫院做聽力檢查結果各項的報告都沒有問題，真的不知道診所醫生怎麼診斷的？？
