★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了兩個火鍋，外帶自取，結果拿回家…直接一個白眼，湯全部灑灑在袋子裡面，那就算了！還全都都是油，想請問你們油不用錢嗎？，肉也碎成不像肉，叫人怎麼吃啊！真的很問號??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10次有9次看不到客人的需求，每次都要一一確認是否有幫我加辣椒，搞得很像老師在檢查學生作業，6/13凌晨訂購了一個牛肉鍋寫加辣（用生辣椒），送來後只看到滿滿的辣油，而且那個味道真的超級噁心，整鍋都是油的火鍋誰吃得下去？而且高麗菜有一股很噁心的臭味，打電話詢問店家，店家的回覆更讓我覺得好笑，他說 前台剛好沒辣椒了，做完我的牛肉鍋之後才補好…這啥鬼回覆？？？？有一次點兩鍋一個不辣一個大辣，結果不辣的那個不知道是不是煮的時候沒洗鍋子，竟然有一層辣油在上面浮著，打電話跟店家說那鍋的主人不敢吃辣，然後又說什麼他們沒加辣，我知道你們沒加但我懷疑的是你煮完我的牛肉鍋(辣)之後是不是沒洗就煮羊肉(不辣)了，然後一直懷疑我們的味覺，不吃辣的人一吃到就馬上覺得不對勁了好嗎，坑你這150元衝三小？還說什麼要賠一鍋，結果下次去的時候完全裝死，當時接電話的人還躲到裡面打算裝作沒事，我是沒缺那150但你們這樣的品質真的不會再去買了！！
