★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛買了燒餅蛋、鹹酥餅跟甜酥餅, 是第一次吃，全部都很美味！尤其是燒餅蛋超驚艷，酥而不油、蛋嫩滑潤，厚厚的餅皮本身Q勁十足，覺得真的也太好吃了吧！馬上來五星給評，可惜點了以後詢問才知道蔥有加豬油，吃素的爸媽不能吃，於是都進到我肚子裡了哈哈
 I just bought sesame eggs, salty shortcake and sweet shortcake, this is the first time I have eaten, all of them are delicious! Especially the biscuits eggs are amazing, crisp but not oily, the eggs are tender and smooth, the thick cake skin itself is full of Q strength, I think it is really delicious! Immediately come to give a five-star review. Unfortunately, after I ordered it, I found out that the onion has lard added. Vegetarian parents can't eat it, so they all entered my stomach haha

燒餅$25 皮脆內軟口感不錯，但蔥香跟麵粉香感覺有點不夠
甜燒餅$15 麥芽很多很濃，但有一點點油味，不確定是為什麼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前已經吃過好幾次朋友買的兄弟燒餅，都不是現吃，但已經足夠讓我們一家對它印象極佳。
今天自己親自去買現做的燒餅夾蛋，等不及回家，全家在車上嗑起來，真的是太美味了❤️❤️❤️整塊燒餅厚的地方糯軟鹹香，薄的部位焦香酥脆，而裡面夾的蔥蛋也是柔軟多汁，真的是無法用言語形容的好滋味，太太太好吃了?
今天是6/5，剛剛進入夏天，看著他們小小店面感受到工作環境溫度非常的高，心中真的好感恩???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的只能買蘆洲，三重現吃外皮幾乎沒有脆香，放凉全部都軟的，就像饅頭麵包，只能靠家裡的烤箱再烤過，才能勉為其難有脆皮，吃炭烤燒餅不就是要脆皮，本來以為和蘆洲一樣的口味，但真的差很多， 真的蠻失望的，下次寧願跑遠1點去蘆洲買
Really can only buy Luzhou. After three times, the outer skin is almost not crispy, and all are soft after cooling, just like steamed bread. You can only rely on the oven at home to bake it again, and you can barely get the crispy skin. I just want the crispy skin. I thought it tasted the same as Luzhou, but it's really much different. I'm really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兄弟燒餅從轉角的小攤販到對面的店面，窯烤餅始終不變一樣好吃? 快要走到店面遠遠就聞到蔥的香味了！早上七點多就開始營業，常常買燒餅加蛋當早餐。
第一次注意到兄弟燒餅，已經是幾年前看食尚玩家的事，現在節目人馬都換了（淚）。
我們家每人喜歡的都不同，若放比較久才吃，灑點水烤箱烤一下就行了。之前想訂送公司沒有收據，現在終於可以開收據了！
1. 燒餅：招牌古早味餅皮比較軟可以選擇加蛋，燒餅蛋是現煎的蔥蛋，當早餐很推薦。
2. 鹹酥餅：香酥餅皮包蔥，我的最愛！
3. 甜酥餅：包糖霜，剛出爐的糖漿非常燙口。
4. 豆漿：才15元，是早餐店的大杯，通常早上就賣完了，下午去常常碰壁，甜度固定大概是手搖店微糖的甜度。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really tasty baked buns or a low price. You should try both their sweet and salty ones. The shops looks small but don't be fooled by the look, give it a try if you are near by.
