★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從高中看到現在，以前只有給黃院長看，狀況都有變好很是感謝，但現在黃院長已經很少看診了。都是給其他醫師看診，最近天氣冷身體癢去掛號，一進去醫師就說臉最近狀況變好了，你換擦這條藥膏。我就？？？我說今天不是來看臉的。醫師好像完全沒有傾聽，就一直想開自費藥膏給我，每次拿藥都要自費，害我拿藥變得很膽顫心驚。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自從搬到蘆洲就開始過敏，家裡樓下兩件耳鼻喉科都說是過敏，但是藥都沒效！這次過敏吃敏甘寧成藥也沒效⋯眼睛癢到不行又很腫！流鼻水鼻涕上顎也很癢⋯真的受不了跑來看這家！等很久就算了⋯一進去說完就離我很遠很嫌棄我的樣子說我像是Covid-19我解釋前天快篩陰性⋯後面一直不聽我說一直說我像是Covid-19⋯我過敏症狀就這樣！是想怎樣？ 一點都不願意聆聽！真的是來討苦吃的！ 我看完買了快篩回家就是陰性⋯真的覺得來這邊看是讓我自己難堪
