★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網站寫8:00開始看診, 打電話去, 只有留言:現在是休息時間, 請於上班時間再來電, 上班時間為, 早上8:00-12:00, 一直打到快9:00, 都在"休息時間"！！！！去到櫃檯反應, 很兇回答:因為我們電話都被打爆了, 跟小姐解釋:根本就只一直回在休息時間,很兇的回:那是中華電信的問題!!!!!!!本來還想問視訊門診的, 直接打消, 如果PCR還沒建置好, 請在網站上寫清楚!!!, 歡迎來電, 就請接電話, 不要放語音休息!!!!這樣誰還敢去麻煩你們視訊啊?!
怎麼沒有零個星可以按呢?給一分都還太高!

但問題不是出在醫療資源、醫師能力亦或者護理人員能力
以上三者都不錯...

但早到要等時間，時間到了領號碼牌，
領完號碼牌不能先掛號，還要等
等到時間到了再拿號碼牌跟身分證去正式掛號。
就想問.....為什麼不能就直接讓我掛號就好?
上述細節可能因為常客太多，護理人員在告知細節跟時間時也沒有很清楚
但對新來的或是很久沒來的人完全是一種災難
