當時於廣州的陽泉酒家，品嚐到劉師傅所做的“昇龍餃子”真是驚為天人，絕對是此生吃過最好吃的餃子，但回台後總是魂牽夢縈、遍尋不著這記憶中的美好滋味。
然而在某次朋友推薦下，在台灣吃到張師傅幸福水餃，果真餃如其名，一口下去滿是幸福。可媲美廣州劉師傅的好手藝，甚至是超越！希望大家都能嚐嚐看，這美味的水餃。
When I was studying in China, I traveled to Guangzhou for a month because of the phrase "Eat in Guangzhou", and I was determined to eat all the delicacies there.
At the Yangquan restaurant in Guangzhou, I was shocked to taste the "Thanglong Dumplings" made by Master Liu. It was definitely the best dumpling in my life, but after returning to Taiwan, I was always dreaming and could not find it. The good taste in memory.
However, on the recommendation of a friend, I ate Master Zhang's Happy Dumplings in Taiwan. If the dumplings are as the name suggests, they are full of happiness. Comparable to Guangzhou Master Liu's good craftsmanship, even beyond! I hope everyone can taste this delicious dumplings.

跟老闆聊過後才知道原來使用蔬菜?的天然甜味來增加鮮甜是30年的堅持✊，難怪朋友一直再開團團購。
