此次有向安達租賃附駕的車,行程前也有給公司行程表及確認接駁地點,但當天接駁後司機表示公司未給他行程表,且報到地點也與一開始知會的不同,後面行程有給司機行程表後就順利許多,但希望往後貴司在乘客與司機間的溝通上可以建立更好的橋樑,且由固定的專員確認事情,而非由不同人重複確認已經確認過的事情,謝謝~

這次租遊覽車南下參加婚禮,車況不錯,司機有提早到達指定地點,也安全把我們送回家,配合度很好。 中午喜宴也請司機一起來吃,司機吃飽飽睡個午覺再載我們回家。 客服態度也很不錯,問的問題都有詳細的回答。 給三顆星的原因是我們出發時間是12月初,早在8月時詢過價,10月時下訂單,行程也都全部發訊息給租車公司,租車公司回覆三天前才會給我們車牌號碼跟司機電話。 租車公司在出發前三天跟我再次確認發車時間,本以為一切定案,出發前兩天有一位自稱經理的先生打電話說我們集合時間太早,司機要早起很累,車子要改晚半小時到。 我說前一天已經跟你們公司說好的上車時間為何還要變動,都已經跟當天要搭車的客人宣布了才來改時間。 乘車安全、超時等東扯西扯後再說現在已經沒有人要接我們這種行程了,甚至說不想跟我討論昨天公司跟我講的內容,以他說的時間為主這類的發言。 如果覺得我們的行程差、有超時問題,是不是早在詢價或下訂單前就拒單? 接了單才嫌客人行程差,我不是很懂這種邏輯,拒單我們也可以不用租遊覽車選擇搭高鐵,貴了點,但至少還不會被嫌棄。 雖然最後有協議可以晩半小時到,但是出發前一天收到的租車公司傳來的簡訊並不是最後跟經理協議上車的時間,經理改完時間沒跟公司回報、還是公司內部溝通有問題,這我就不知道了。 本來只想給一顆星,但司機跟客服態度跟專業度都很好,給三顆星。
