★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在親人離開當下的徬徨無助，謝謝貴司在三重醫院的協助，因當初有請長輩熟識的殯儀館前來，所以要移動親人到太平間時家人們都很緊張，但貴司的禮儀師（抱歉忘記名字了）在過程中貼心尊重親人的態度以及在太平間鉅細靡遺跟我們講解日後的流程、公定公開的價目表讓所有家人毅然決然由貴公司承辦親人後事（也跟請來的殯儀館致歉），在整個處理的過程到圓滿也讓我們沒有後悔委託貴司，結帳時的金額也跟當初協調的金額差不多，最後也再跟貴司的全體上下說聲謝謝、感恩?。
