★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生真的人好又親切，所以一直固定在這邊做檢查。可是櫃檯的態度真的有夠差，現場臭臉，講電話沒禮貌語氣差還前後訊息不一，沒人用服務業的標準要求你們，基本人跟人的尊重你們都做不到。
雖然很謝謝醫生一直以來的幫助，但實在不想每次跟櫃台溝通都要生氣，應該會去其他醫院檢查了。
希望診所能正視這個問題，看看評論就知道不是單一事件。
 The doctor is really nice and kind, so he has been fixed here for examinations. However, the attitude at the counter is really bad enough. On the spot, there is a bad face, the bad tone of the phone is bad, and the information is mixed. No one asks you according to the standards of the service industry, and you can't do it with the respect of the basic people.
Although I am very grateful for the doctor's continuous help, I really don't want to get angry every time I communicate with the counter. I should go to another hospital for examination.
I hope that the clinic can face up to this problem, and read the comments to know that it is not a single incident.

這次覺得許醫生都很溫柔，以前來看診時還感覺有點犀利?
以前確實也覺得櫃檯人員跟評論裡的一樣態度都很差
但這次去發現掛號人員態度很好，讓人感覺很溫柔?
但藥師（不太確定是不是就是拿藥給我的人員？）相較起來比較沒那麼友善
