★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大腸有滷過，口感軟嫩，湯頭淡淡柴魚味，少許筍絲，增加口感豐富性，勾芡適中，沒多餘水份，雖是外配，但手藝不含糊，個人覺得比鄰近的X財還優，小碗40，整體份量夠，辣椒醬對味，老闆娘貼心。
 The large intestine is marinated, the taste is soft and tender, the soup has a faint bonito flavour, a little shredded bamboo shoots, which increases the richness of the taste, moderate thickening, no excess water, although it is external, but the craftsmanship is unambiguous. I personally feel that it is better than the neighboring X Cai Excellent, a small bowl of 40, the overall portion is enough, the chili sauce has the right taste, and the proprietress is considerate.
