★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我帶家人去看診未注意時間，以為該診間是晚上6點看診，所以櫃檯小姐就跟我說這次讓你們看但下次請早點來，原來是晚上6點半才看診（晚間6點開始休診半小時）；我們口頭都有跟櫃檯和醫師與藥劑師道過歉，如果當初不接受看診可能還好一些，因為我們皆看到醫護人員們辛苦地空洞疲乏累的眼神跟聽到某種語氣，本以為是開門第一位病患，卻當了耽誤休息時間的病患，衷心的感到抱歉，你們辛苦了
