★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禮拜一少數有開的切仔麵,肝連口感比較軟,切仔麵麵條也比較軟,份量感覺跟一般店家相比都有少一些些的感覺,湯頭介於白濁跟清湯之間,就一般般!!

辣椒鹹醬竟然會涮嘴，與黑白切超match！
料理阿姨超親切，好像在家吃飯的感覺。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在切仔麵激戰區蘆洲其中一家老字號，用餐環境尚可，價格經濟實惠，比較偏向家庭味的小餐館。各式小菜調味的剛好，跟其他麵店比較不一樣的應該就是他的醬料，有別於一般的醬油或是醬油膏，吃起來意外的還滿合的。
